As the world responds to Covid-19 the situation is changing on a daily basis. First and foremost the safety and health of all our colleagues, family, friends and the wider community is our primary focus.

With that in mind, we want to inform all our much loved and respected customers and partners that Couture Living will try and maintain a “Business as usual” service; keeping within all the guidelines requested and prescribed by the government and health experts.

Factory closures are taking place within the supply chain with some of the great brands we cooperate with. Currently, the majority of orders for samples are being fulfilled, all our brand partners and suppliers are still operating their sample service and we are reviewing this situation day by day. Due to some brand partners operating with smaller teams or alternative processes, they have informed us that there will be some delays. However, we are still managing to fulfil the majority of sample orders with a slight delay compared to our standard 5 day promise.

Our made to measure handmade curtain and blinds service is still taking orders through our website and our colleagues are available online or by telephone for any enquires. The lead-time is being impacted slightly more than the sampling service as some of the factory closures with our brand partners may extend the delivery of your chosen fabrics. We are currently reviewing every order individually, assessing and responding to everybody with updates as we have them. Currently the lead-time (dependent on fabric availability) could extend to 6-8 weeks instead of our guaranteed 3 week service.

We will keep you updated on a regular basis as the situation changes and ensure that we maintain a safe yet responsive and efficient service in these challenging circumstances.
